RETURN POLICY

All pieces offered by DOM DOLSKA are carefully selected vintage or pre-owned items.

Due to their unique nature, items may show minor signs of wear, which are detailed in their product descriptions.

We encourage our customers to carefully review all photographs, descriptions, and measurements before placing an order.

All sales are final, subject to applicable statutory rights. No additional voluntary returns, exchanges, or refunds are offered.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Cancellation requests are accepted within 15 minutes of placing an order, provided that the order has not already been shipped.

STATUTORY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with French consumer law, customers have a statutory right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order.

Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of the withdrawal. Direct return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Statutory guarantees of conformity and protection against hidden defects remain applicable to all items sold by DOM DOLSKA.
