6. CUSTOMS DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES

International orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and administrative fees.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these additional charges are the customer's responsibility.

7. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the unique nature of our vintage and pre-owned pieces, DOM DOLSKA does not offer additional voluntary returns or exchanges.

This policy does not affect statutory consumer rights, including the right of withdrawal and legal guarantees.

8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Under applicable French consumer law, customers purchasing online generally have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing a reason.

Customers must return the relevant items within 14 days of notifying us of their withdrawal.

The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Items may be inspected and tried on as reasonably necessary. Customers may be responsible for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notification, including eligible standard outbound shipping costs. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned goods or proof that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

9. LEGAL GUARANTEES

All products sold by DOM DOLSKA benefit from applicable statutory guarantees, including the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects.

The legal guarantee of conformity applies to second-hand goods for two years from delivery, subject to applicable legal conditions.

For second-hand goods, defects appearing within the first 12 months are generally presumed to have existed at delivery.

The vintage or second-hand nature of an item does not exclude these legal guarantees.
